2 slices whole-wheat bread
2 ounces sliced roast beef
2 inner leaves romaine lettuce
1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 ounce fat-free American cheese
1. Stack everything up into a sandwich.

When I prepare this sandwich, I omit the roast beef and add tomato, and use mustard instead of mayo. Yummy!
